Upon receipt of your in-depth intake form, I will craft a program that suits your specific interests, needs and intentions, drawing from a variety of tools, including: yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), mudras (hand gestures), mantras (repetition of words), intention setting and/or affirmations.

This offering is for anyone that wants to nourish themselves from the inside out and values the benefit of having personalized attention. Your Adventure in Soulitude can be a ‘one-off’ or ongoing experience – the timeline is as personalized as the program.

This adventure is for anyone that is brand new to yoga and would like a personalized introduction. We will explore the yoga postures that will be most beneficial and supportive to your wellbeing, providing you an accessible introduction and a strong foundation for further practice.


In the fullness of life, it can be hard to make time to nurture your own wellbeing. This can be especially true for travelers, business owners and parents. Whether you have a hard time fitting studio classes into your schedule or simply prefer the flexibility of being able to practice whenever you want & from wherever you may be, this adventure is for you.


This adventure is for anyone who has acquired some bumps and bruises on the journey of life. If you’re recovering from an injury or illness, this personalized attention will be invaluable on your healing journey.


You want to reach your peak performance and I want to support you in getting there. Whether you’re a bike rider or swimmer, a soccer player or skier, I have the tools to help you keep your body and mind in tip top shape.
